We operate two systems of admissions procedure:
1. Standard Admissions: Standard admission entry points are in September for 11+ and 13+. The admissions process is completed the year prior to entry.
2. Occasional Places: If you wish to apply for a place outside of the standard 11+ or 13+ September intake points, then interviews and assessments will be arranged in accordance with available spaces. Please do contact the registrar on firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to advise you on whether there is a space available or when a space might become available.
It is never too early to register a pupil, but the admissions process itself (and subsequent decision regarding a place) will occur during the academic year preceding proposed entry. Registration forms should be completed at your earliest convenience and returned together with a passport sized photograph, a colour copy of the candidate’s photo page of the passport and if applicable the visa page and a cheque or bank transfer for £150 to cover the registration fee.
January: Candidates applying for places in Years 7 & 8 will complete the online ISEB Pre-Test, to be taken at their current school. If this is not possible, the candidate may be able to sit this test at Eaton Square School. Candidates applying for places in Year 9 will sit written papers in Mathematics and English in January, these will be our own papers but based on the ISEB 13+ Common Entrance syllabus. Interviews will also be arranged at this time. These may take place before or after the entrance test, and will occur irrespective of the results of the test. We will also ask for a confidential reference from the Head of the pupil’s current school, together with their latest School Report.
February: Offers will be sent out to parents.
March: Acceptances of offers must be received by the deadline specified in the offer letter, together with a deposit of a term’s fees (if your child is at Eaton Square Prep School or another school belonging to our group, your current deposit can be transferred and you need only to top up to reach a term’s fees).
June: We will send out information packs during the summer term to pupils who have taken up a place for the following September.
Tier 4 Visas
The school is able to provide a limited number of Tier 4 Visas. If you require a Tier 4 Visa, please let the registrar know at your earliest possible convenience.
School Fees for 2018/2019
School Fees are payable before the start of each term. Fees are fully inclusive of lunch and the majority of activities taking place during the school day. There may be additional charges for clubs and activities taking place outside of the normal school hours and individual music tuition as well as trips and outings. These will be billed separately from the school fees.
Years 7 & 8: £7,495 per term
Years 9 & 10: £7,750 per term
Deposit: The full deposit of a term’s fees will be refunded to you once your last term’s fees have been paid as long as all of our terms and conditions, as specified in our offer of a place, have been met.
